How to use Renewed Balance
• Using a standard measuring spoon, it is generally recommended that you use a rounded 1/8 to a scant ¼ teaspoon (1 gram to 1.2 grams) of Renewed Balance and apply topically
• Rub the cream into areas of thin skin, such as the neck, upper chest, breasts, and inside arms. Rotating among the various sites maximizes absorption.
• Store in a cool, dark place below 75 degrees. Renewed Balance may be refrigerated, but should not be frozen.

Each 1/8 teaspoon (“pea-sized amount”) of Renewed Balance contains:

How to use Renewed Balance Cream:
Premenopausal women:
• Use 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon (“pea-sized amount”) per day for 2 weeks from ovulation to first day of menstruation. (Ovulation generally begins 12 – 14 days after the first day of menstruation).
Postmenopausal women:
• Use 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon (“pea-sized amount”) per day for 2 – 3 weeks of the month. You may begin your usage at any time. Can be applied internally, helping support vaginal dryness.
• Has wonderful moisturizing capabilities when applied to the face, neck and decolletage.
You may use more or less, depending on your needs.
• Not to be applied where you have body fat, because it will not be absorbed as quickly into the bloodstream.
Mixing/With Other Products.
• Safe to use with all other AIM products.
